We coordinate national and international artwork shipments for our clients and offer professional custom packaging and crating to ensure the safe transport of your artwork.

Crating

If you simply require your artwork to be professionally crated and prefer to arrange the shipping yourself, we are happy to assist.

We offer custom crating solutions, including:

• Reinforced plywood crates for maximum protection
• Reinforced cardboard art shipping boxes for lighter or short-distance transport

Shipping

Already have your artwork crated? We can take the stress out of shipping.

Our team can collect your artwork from the gallery or your location and coordinate the shipment on your behalf. We manage the logistics to ensure your artwork arrives safely at its destination.

Fees

Crating and shipping services include the following fees:

Administrative Fee – Covers coordination of shipping logistics, paperwork, and communication with carriers.

Crating Fee – Based on the materials, size, and complexity of the custom crate required for your artwork.

Shipping Fee – Shipping costs are quoted directly by the carrier and passed on to the client.

All costs will be confirmed with the client prior to shipment.

Additional Crate Modifications

If changes or modifications to a crate are requested after the initial design or construction has begun, additional costs may apply. Any adjustments and associated fees will be communicated and approved by the client before proceeding.
